Jaguar Land Rover 


Creative Direction - Rawstorne Studio
Whilst working with Auditoire in Shanghai on various projects, we took the opportunity to instigate an internal project for one of their existing clients Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).

The brief we set ourselves, was to design a more innovative and unique 1500 sqm ‘booth’ for the International Motor Show for the jointly owned JLR brands.

The concept drew inspiration from the moebius strip, creating a continuous landscape that became the expression of the JLR identity.

The curvilinear environment reared upwards at the Land Rover side creating a physical mountain scape and smoothed out over the Jaguar side to create a vast sweeping arc. We included elevated open balconies for VIP guests to look down into the Arena, we developed an interior design that reflected our concept.

The arena internal surface was a giant curved LED screen allowing for a more interactive design to unfold.

Whilst this design was not further developed, through this initiative, Auditoire was selected as one of the final three companies pitching for the global car ‘booth’ design for Jaguar Land Rover.

We worked as Creative Director alongside Auditoire.
